30-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

This period allows you sufficient time to try on your items, experience the fabric and fit, and ensure the piece resonates with your personal style — while preserving the condition of the product for future customers.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage

  • All original tags attached

  • Original packaging included (when applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) provided

Because many divacloset pieces feature delicate fabrics, artistic prints, embroidery, hand-finishing, or natural fiber textures, slight variations in color, weave, or pattern placement are considered part of the design character and not defects.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our customer support team at support@divacloset.us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  3. Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

After review, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Resolution will depend on item availability and the specific situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.


Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Processing time from your bank or card issuer may take additional days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
